Our next stop was in the famous Stellenbosch wine region. It was only a one hours drive. Halfway we had a nice view at the Simonsberg:
We arrived on a hot summer day. The old town of Stellenbosch would be very nice if it were not filled with all these cars and tourists. Fortunately, there was a small botanical garden on the edge of the old town, where we could relax a little at the lily pond.
We stayed out of town at the Jordan Wine Estate.
